TENDER NOTICE

                                                                                                                                                                                      21st June, 2018

          Earlier sealed tenders were invited from reputed, experienced and financially sound Moving and Forwarding agents/Firms for forwarding of personal effects of the officers and staffs of this Consulate on transfer from this Consulate to Headquarters(Delhi) or other Missions/Posts abroad. Last date of receiving the bids was 14th  June, 2018. Now, last date of receiving the bids is being further extended up to 13th July, 2018.

2.       The scope of service includes:

Outbound Consignment

•        Packing, stuffing, transportation from residence to the port of origin (airport/ICD terminal/concerned sea port) of household goods;

•        Customs formalities at the port of origin;

•        Export documentation and their timely delivery as per the instructions of the customer;

•        All formalities relating to handling of consignment for surface / air transportation from door to port basis, including arrangements for transit, if any;

•        Arrangement for insurance as per prescribed procedures and facilitation in case of any claim on account of damage;

Inbound Consignment

•        Handling of all formalities relating to clearance of baggage, customs formalities, safe transportation from port to the residence, facilitation for settling of any insurance claims relating to damages;

3.       Listed below are eligibility criteria, which would be considered while examining the proposal for empanelment: 

•        The bidding firm should be a company recognized by the Russian Government. The company should be engaged in packing, moving and forwarding operations in St Petersburg for at least the last five years especially in the international shipments;

•        The firms should have its registered office or branch office in St Petersburg;

4.       The prospective bidder may quote the rates in the format prescribed below:

A) By Ship

B) By Air

          Interested bidders may submit the sealed tender addressed to Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, St. Petersburg not later than 11.30 hrs (Local time) 13th July, 2018. Interested bidders may come to the Consulate between 1400 hrs to 1730 hrs on any working day with prior appointment (Telephone No.6407222) for clarifications, if any.

Bids will be opened at 35 Ryleeva Street on 13th July, 2018 at 15.00 hrs (Local time).
