TENDER NOTICE

Sealed bids are invited from the interested bidders for engagement of Local Liaison Officers/Interpreters (having good knowledge of English and Russian languages), hiring of mobile phones and hiring of Computers, Television and other peripheral equipment to be supplied during official visits of Indian delegations to St. Petersburg. The contract should be valid for a minimum period of one year and rate cannot be changed to higher side during the period of contract.

The Supplier shall be responsible for total maintenance of the equipment supplied. Items supplied should be of good-quality and any defective item should be replaced immediately. Liaison officers/Interpreters should be well-behaved, neatly dressed, disciplined and clear from security angle. The Consulate has the right to ask the Supplier for removal of any Liaison officer/Interpreter who is not found competent or disciplined.

The prospective bidder may quote the rates in the format prescribed belo:

Interested bidders may submit the sealed tenders addressed to Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, St. Petersburg not later than 1500 hrs (Local time) 22nd March, 2018. The tender should specify all-inclusive cost of services provided by the supplier. Bids will be opened at 35 Ryleeva Street on 23rd March, 2018 at 11.00 hrs (Local time).
