TENDER NOTICE

Earlier Sealed tender was invited on 23rd November, 2017 for following works at the Consulate General of India, St Petersburg, 35, Ryleeva Street.

i)  Cleaning services for non-residential premises including cleaning services for the courtyard and the sidewalk on all working days;

ii) Snow removal and related works on all days during the winter (December to March) 

Last date of receipt of bids from interested party is further extended up to 16 January 2018, 1700 hrs(local time). The bidder should look after the maintenance works for period of not less than one year. Bidder should be stationed in St. Petersburg. Approximate area to be covered for the proposed cleaning work is 770 Sq. m. The tender should specify all-inclusive cost of works i.e cost of material and labour charges thereon. Interested bidders may come to the Consulate between 1400 hrs to 1700 hrs on any working day with prior appointment (Telephone No.6407222) to have a firsthand look of the proposed work.

Sealed tender addressed to Head of Chancery may be submitted not later than 16th January, 2018. Bids will be opened at 35 Ryleeva Street on 17th January, 2018 at 11.30 hrs (Local time).
